BATTEREVIVE – Battery performance compound additive

Batterevive is a compound additive which helps to enhance the chemistry & performance of the lead acid batteries. It is environmental friendly, biodegradable, non-hazardous, non-toxic, safe for transport & non harmful to health. It serves dual function. In batteries that are having cycle life at / or above 50%, it can help the batteries to regain the lost capacity and protect it against hard sulphation buildup. If the batteries are offering low backup, Batterevive can be used with our special pulse charger to recover the original service capacity again.

It is mixed with calculated amount of distilled water and added into the LAB during the rejuvenation process. Batterevive softens the hardened lead sulphate crystals in the LAB and dissolves it when used in conjunction with the pulse rejuvenator. It also inhibits hardening of lead sulphates, reduces water drying out, reduces auto self-discharge, aids to sustain low resistance to accept charge.

REviviFY REJUVENATION CENTRE

Alacritas has a 5000sft REviviFY centre for rejuvenating the 2V Flooded & VRLA LAB cells of 300Ah-2500 capacity. It has developed its own suite of products including Battery Rejuvenator, Battery charger, Battery discharger & Battery performance enhancer compound additive which together has been helping their customers to revive the LABs. Alacritas uses the best practices & ventilation systems to ensure safety of their employees. It also uses the best measuring equipment’s to record the parameters, do extensive data analysis to understand and predict the LAB behaviour. Alacritas is investing in latest IOT devices & AI products.

REviviFY TRAININGS

Alacritas conducts basic and extensive inhouse trainings for their employees on the technical & process aspects of the business. Alacritas also handhold their customers to understand the working of their expensive LABs and conduct training in their working environments.

REviviFY MANPOWER SERVICES

Since Alacritas has extensive understanding of the LAB behaviour on the customer applications, we are able to offer trained manpower to maintain the LABs at the customer premises. Alacritas engineers will also carry out preventive maintenance of the LAB as well as monitor the charging infrastructure.

REviviFY BATTERY DIAGNOSTIC & HEALTH CHECKUP SERVICES

Alacritas offers battery diagnostic services to prompt and postpone LAB failures by carrying out extensive tests and measurements. This is a green initiative from Alacritas which ensure that the LAB life is extended and customers are able to take intelligent and data driven purchase decision.

REviviFY EXTENDED WARRANTY

After the immediate completion of the standard LAB warranty, Alacritas offers service level extended warranty to their customers by carrying out the diagnostic tests and understanding the condition of the LAB. The extended warranty ensures longevity of the LAB service life and can avoid costly repairs. Any cell which does not measure to the backup performance during the extended warranty period is re-rejuvenated / charged at site using the special Alacritas rejuvenator / charger.
